Launch party for the non profit 501c3 organization Friends of Chance.  FoC bridges the journey of the dog from time of abandonment to it's new home by coordinating a network of foster guardians to welcome a dog into theiur home for 1-12 days while the rescue organization identifies a sutiable adopter.
